Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2-3 years of proven expertise in Salesforce Development. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing both customer-facing solutions and internal CRM applications, utilizing their in-depth knowledge of Salesforce to drive excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Salesforce Development:
   • Design, develop, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions for both CloudFulcrum and our clients.
   • Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
   • Should have at least 1-1.5 years in LWC and AURA [JavaScript certified is added advantage.]
   • Good understanding on Security in salesforce.
   • Should have worked on Lightning Flows.
   • Integration experience is need or at least should have knowledge for 2Yrs experience candidate.
   • Should have worked on Sales, Service and Community Cloud. Other clouds are Optional.
   • Deployment skills : Any version controlling tools like bitbucket, GitHub, Microsoft Azure etc..,
   • Must have involved in Project Implementation and Managed services projects in supporting production issues
2. Project Collaboration:
   • Collaborate with project teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
   • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions meet business needs and are delivered in a timely manner.
3. Technical Expertise:
   • Maintain a deep knowledge of Salesforce features and capabilities.
   • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce updates and technologies.
4. Quality Assurance:
   • Ensure the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.
   • Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component development.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Developer certifications.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test automation strategies to ensure our clients achieve DevOps maturity in their Salesforce practice.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Test Automation Strategy:

• • Design and implement Salesforce test automation frameworks for our clients.
  • Contribute to the development of DevOps practices in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Lead the integration of test automation into CI/CD pipelines.

2. Quality Assurance & Consulting:<

1. • Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure client Salesforce applications meet the highest standards.
   • Provide expert consulting services to clients on best practices in test automation and DevOps within Salesforce.

3. Provar Expertise:

1. • Apply in-depth knowledge of Provar in test automation, enhancing efficiency and coverage.
   • Guide clients in adopting Provar as part of their testing strategy.

4. Collaboration & Leadership:

1. • Work closely with client teams, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
   • Mentor junior testers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of experience in test automation, specializing in Salesforce environments.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of verified experience with Provar.
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce platforms and testing methodologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Proven ability in leading testing projects in a consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications, especially in development or testing.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
